Welcome to 2MZ The Solution Services LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our residential and commercial cleaning services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial working relationship.

1. Operating Model & Payment Terms

We operate as an owner-operated, contract-free cleaning service. We believe in earning your business with every visit, meaning you are never locked into long-term service agreements.

Payment Due Date: Payment is due in full immediately upon the completion of the cleaning service.

Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, Zelle.

Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 24 hours of service completion may be subject to a late fee.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Lockouts

We understand that life happens and schedules change. However, our schedule is our livelihood. To respect our time and that of other clients, we enforce the following policies:

Standard Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Lockouts: If our cleaners arrive for a scheduled appointment and cannot access the property (e.g., no one is home, locked doors, incorrect alarm codes), it is considered a lockout. A lockout will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost to cover lost time and travel expenses.

3. The 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results. While we do not offer refunds, we proudly stand behind our work with a 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee.

Notification: If you are dissatisfied with any specific area we have cleaned, you must notify us within 24 hours of the completion of your service.

Resolution: Upon receiving prompt notification, we will return to your property to re-clean the problematic area at no additional charge.

Exclusions: This guarantee covers re-cleaning only. We strictly do not issue partial or full refunds for completed services.

4. Liability & Damage Policy

Our team treats your home and business with the utmost care and respect. However, accidents can occasionally happen. To establish clear boundaries regarding liability:

Pre-Existing Damage & Wear: 2MZ The Solution Services LLC is not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions, faulty or improperly installed fixtures, or heavily worn items. This includes, but is not limited to, loose towel racks, unsecured artwork, floating shelves, or degraded caulking and grout.

High-Value Items: We require all highly fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items (monetary or sentimental) to be safely stored away prior to our arrival. We will not clean these items unless explicitly requested in writing, and doing so is at your own risk.

Damage Reporting: Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion.

5. Pet Policy

We love pets, but their safety and the efficiency of our cleaning process are our top priorities.

Securing Pets: All pets must be safely secured in a crate, closed room, or designated area prior to our arrival and for the duration of the cleaning.

Liability for Escapes: Our team frequently opens and closes exterior doors to bring in equipment. 2MZ The Solution Services LLC is strictly not liable for any pets that escape the premises during the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in the appropriate courts within Ohio.

7. Modifications to Terms

2MZ The Solution Services LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website and will apply to all future cleanings.
